About our product reviews

We want product feedback to help you choose with confidence.

Reviews from AniVault customers

A verified purchase label is used only when Judge.me can verify the review against an eligible purchase. An imported supplier review is not a verified AniVault purchase.

Imported AliExpress product reviews

Some product pages may include reviews originally posted on AliExpress for the same supplier listing that supplies that product. Where these are used, the product page links to the supplier listing and explains their origin. These reviews describe the item; they do not establish an experience of AniVault's checkout, delivery or customer service.

We preserve the original review text and rating, include feedback across ratings and countries, and do not create review text for empty ratings. Supplier listings can contain multiple designs or sizes: any design mentioned in a review may differ from the option you choose.

How we handle feedback

Feedback is not excluded merely because it is negative. Content may be moderated for spam, personal information, abuse or a clear mismatch with the product. We do not write customer reviews or require a positive rating. If a review was incentivised, that must be disclosed.

Questions about a review or your own order? Contact AniVault. Your delivery and return rights are described in our shipping policy and returns policy.
