Refund policy
Returns made simple
For UK, US and European Union orders, let us know within 14 days after delivery if you change your mind. Then send the item back within the next 14 days. You can inspect it as you would in a shop; please pack it safely. We may reduce a refund for damage or use beyond what is needed to inspect it.
Starting a return
Email us with your order number and the items you want to return. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return. Contacting us first helps us identify your parcel and provide instructions; it does not remove your legal right to cancel.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage to our UK address below, including international postage for US and EU orders. Keep proof of posting. Do not send returns to a supplier or to the dispatch address on your parcel.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected by the change-of-mind deadline. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable necessary return postage where we are responsible for the problem.
Refunds
For a cancelled order, we refund the item and any original standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of being told that you are cancelling. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the return or evidence that you sent it, whichever happens first. An upgrade above standard delivery is not refundable for a change of mind. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
Cancellation form (optional)
You may email or post: “I give notice that I cancel my order for [items], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” If posting, add your signature. Any other clear cancellation notice is also accepted.
This policy does not limit any additional rights provided by applicable consumer law.
European Union consumer rights
For eligible EU online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. A clear email notice is sufficient; using our model cancellation form is optional. We refund the price paid and the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. For a change of mind, you pay return postage to our published UK returns address. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where we are responsible.
EU customers also have statutory rights if goods are faulty or do not match the description, including a minimum two-year legal guarantee where applicable. This is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind period. Contact us for an appropriate remedy, such as repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund where required by law. Any stronger mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected.

Cancel or return an order online
Cancel or return an order: sign in using the email address you used at checkout and the code sent to your email. Open your order, select the items, and confirm your cancellation or return request. You will receive an email acknowledgement. You can also notify us by email; using the online form is not required to exercise your statutory rights.
