Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom and United States, and to supported European Union destinations, including Bulgaria. EU availability varies by product and option. The delivery-country selector on each product page lists the EU destinations we have checked for that item. Your shipping address determines availability at checkout. Unsupported destinations or items cannot be checked out together.

What delivery costs

Tracked UK and US delivery is included in the price of our eligible current products, with no minimum spend. Many supported EU items also include delivery. For some products, especially larger figures, an extra delivery charge applies because supplier shipping costs vary by country. Depending on your country, this charge can be high. You will see the delivery charge before payment. If items need separate supplier parcels, their delivery charges may be added together. EU prices are displayed in euros when you select your EU country in the country selector at the bottom of the page. We do not currently collect EU VAT or import duties at our checkout. EU prices and delivery charges do not include any import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees that remain payable on arrival.

How long delivery takes

Each product page lets you choose your supported delivery country and shows an estimated arrival date range for the selected option. The dates update each day and include an estimated 3–7 days to prepare your order, plus the delivery time for your chosen option and country. Preparation and delivery can vary. Separate transit times start after the parcel is sent.

Our supplier needs time to prepare your order. This varies, so preparation or delivery may take longer than the planning range. Products are sent by our suppliers, including suppliers overseas. We do not currently offer an express service.

The delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. They can vary by the option you choose and your address. Customs, public holidays and carrier delays can also affect delivery. We use the supplier's stated number of days; we only call them working days if the supplier says so.

Delivery availability can vary by postcode, particularly in remote areas. If you need delivery to a remote area or by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

EU import taxes and customs

Products may be sent from outside the EU. Import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be payable when your parcel arrives if they have not been collected for your order. The delivery charge does not include these uncollected import charges. We do not currently promise tax-paid delivery or no extra fees. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.

Tracking your order

We will send tracking details when your parcel is sent. If your order contains several items, they may arrive separately. Contact us with your order number if you have not received tracking or your parcel is delayed.
